Job Duties:

• Initiate, coordinate, and lead information technology (IT) projects.
• Lead and guide the work of technical staff and support consultants at various client sites.
• Work with top management to analyze technical and functional requirements, including business processes, scope, staffing, and budget constraints.
• Create High-Level and Detailed-Level design documents.
• Formulate technical design specifications based on design documents.
• Lead IT teams in Requirements Management, Gap Analysis, Solution Design, Implementation Strategy, Data Migration, Functional Specifications, and Configuration Management.
• Supervise IT projects involving e-commerce solutions, ETL payment systems, search engine placement, data warehousing, and client/server applications.
• Execute implementation plans incorporating new strategies and technologies for customers across technical disciplines.
• Coordinate project stages and assess business implications for each stage.
• Ensure consistent delivery of superior technical solutions.
• Communicate with clients to evaluate alternative technical strategies and meet their needs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and standards in project management.
