Job Description:
One of the our largest retailer client in the nation is growing their Operations team and is looking for strong engineers to join! The ideal candidate is passionate about solving customer pain points and has a drive to troubleshoot. We are currently migrating their cloud platform system from Athena to Epic and needs strong operations engineers to maintain the infrastructure and resolve incidents with operational excellence. The ideal candidate has a strong background within DevOps or site reliability, is familiar with infrastructure tools such as Puppet, Ansible, or Chef, and has experience hosting platforms on cloud environments.
MUST HAVES:
- DevOps or SRE experience supporting scalable service environments
- Experience maintaining infrastructure utilizing environment management tools such as Puppet, Ansible, Chef, etc.
- Experience supporting a platform hosted in a Cloud environment (Azure, GCP, or AWS)
- Strong familiarity with a ticketing system (ServiceNow)
- Strong automation skills with any scripting language
- Passion for solving customer pain points and troubleshooting
PLUSES:
- Familiarity with CI/CD methodologies
- Experience with telemetry tools such as SPLUNK or Grafana to build out dashboards
